Our spacious rental is steps away from the best shops and restaurants in the Downtown Lancaster Historic District.
This 3,000 sqft home features 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 XL living spaces with 12 ft ceilings, 1st floor surround sound, a master balcony, and an oversized rooftop deck!
We feature off street parking in our climate controlled garage. Plenty of space for 2 vehicles.
Enter into our large living room with custom built-in shelving, surround sound, and a smart TV. Our kitchen is made for those who love to cook - we have a XL thermador gas range and you’ll find all of the essentials there for your use. We offer a large dining table to enjoy a meal together. Off of the kitchen to the right is the powder room and to the left is a pantry with plenty of storage. Head up the extra wide stair case to the second level where you’ll find a bedroom featuring a queen bed and lots of closet space. Directly to the right of that bedroom is a full bath with a custom Spanish tile shower. Next to the bathroom is a full laundry room stocked with essentials. The last door on your left will take you into our master suite! You’ll have a private bathroom with an XL shower, a double vanity and a free standing soaker tub. You’ll have access to two walk-in closets with a gorgeous bone in lay dressing table. Continue into the master bedroom with a large king size bed, a private gas fireplace, a large bone in lay dresser, and a private over-sized balcony. Head up to our third level where you’ll find yet another large living space with an oversized coach and smart TV. You’ll have a wet bar with a dual-zone beverage fridge. Up here is our 3rd bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with standing shower. Continue through the sliding doors to our large rooftop area with plenty of seating to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine to watch the sunset on the couch. This is the best place to relax and enjoy city living with the best location in town.
Our property was renovated from a tobacco warehouse in ‘89 into a luxury living space. This is not your typical Lancaster City home, we feature wide stair cases, tall ceilings, and tons of amenities! Be sure to check out the original blue prints in the foyer during your stay!
We are pet lovers ourselves so our rentals will always be pet friendly! Please keep in mind this is a city home and while we do have outdoor spaces, we do not have a grass area.
This house is a fantastic location in general but especially for travel nurses or doctors - we are 0.3 of a mile way from Lancaster General Hospital. Our location has a 99/100 walkable score.
You’ll have the whole house to yourselves. We do contactless check-in for your convenience but we will always be available over the phone if needed. Please note that the storage room off of the laundry room remains locked for housekeeping.

Summary: We were in Lancaster for a conference and needed a place to unwind at the end of each day. This house more than met our needs. The online description is very accurate, right down to the walkability of the area . We had room to spread out if we needed to but could gather together in the beautiful kitchen while preparing a meal and have room to spare. Every room is beautifully decorated and the host has thought of practically every amenity to make your stay comfortable. The host is very responsive and the private garage that fits two cars is the cherry on top.

Summary: This place is great! Family from different areas came to stay here for a big dance competition, and the location was perfect. Summary: Was in Lancaster for 7 days for a wedding and to visit family and friends. Having grown up in Lancaster, we thought staying in a place in downtown Lancaster would be a fun experience and it did not disappoint! Location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Convenience of having a garage made coming and going so much easier! Lovely place to stay!

Summary: Online listing is very accurate. Comfortable beds, lots of space. Outdoor space great for good weather. Location is top notch. Perhaps the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. We got answers to questions almost instantaneously. Parking worked well for our 2 small SUVs. Highly recommend.

Summary: We were a group of 3 married couples. I'm afraid to say how much we loved our stay because I want it to be available the next time we are in Lancaster! The check in/out process was very simple. The hostess was very quick to respond to my (stupid) questions. The house is perfectly situated for easily exploring downtown. It is very quiet even with traffic right outside. Beautifully furnished with literally everything you could possibly need including books, games, hairdryers, portable fans, shampoo, conditioner, snacks. You name it. Shower pressure is good and beds are comfortably firm with crisp sheets. Even staying in the bedroom on the 3rd floor which faces the street, we didn't hear traffic at night (and I'm a light sleeper in unfamiliar places). Unfortunately we had a rainy weekend so we didnt get to use the outside lounge areas but they looked lovely. The master suite is insanely huge with a shower that I'm pretty sure holds 10 people. The house was immaculately clean. The attached garage is roomy and very convenient. I will caution that you'll need to be able to navigate stairs as all bedrooms are above ground floor. The stair treads are a little narrow and wooden so they can be a bit slippery when wearing socks. Not a negative - just a heads up. The pillows are the only thing we would change. They were very soft. It would be nice to have a variety to choose from but that is literally the only thing we can suggest to change. Can't wait to come back next year!

Summary: We stayed at this lovely house while moving our oldest in to his freshman year at F&M. It is exceptionally renovated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Fantastic and generous bedrooms, comfortable lounging areas, a lovely roofed deck, and extremely tasteful decor. The location was also terrific: five minute drive from campus and less than a block to the Queen St shopping area and its charming shops. The two car garage was also a huge bonus! We look forward to staying again as we visit our son over the next four years!

Summary: We did a quick two night stay in Lancaster and needed a pet friendly home to accommodate 5 guests. This home is a complete win. It was gorgeous, impeccably clean, tons of space for everyone and then some and there was not a thing we could have needed that wasn't in the home. Super impressed with how well stocked the house was from towels, kitchen appliances and gadgets, laundry products supplied, fully stocked bathrooms from body products down to the q-tips, fans, extension cords and the list goes on. Truly a thoughtfully outfitted home ready for guests of all ages. Great outdoor space on the decks, wet bar, plenty of games and tv's in every room for the whole family. There is a large attached private garage as well although it is convenient walking to explore the city if you prefer. Would not hesitate to recommend and book again. Truly enjoyed our stay and the host was fully available for any questions. Beautiful home - thank you for a great stay!
